Big Data Mobile App

As the UX Lead at Originate, I headed up a project creating an app for Android and iPhone that would measure the data of users from around the world.  We had a tight timeline to create the product from the ground up including all product design, UI, UX and visual design.  I collaborated directly with product owners to craft the vision of this exciting app that would enlighten users about the data they collect through their phone on a daily basis.  Almost 3,000,000 (and counting) questions have been answered on the app and it has been featured in stories for Fortune, the Nation and the New York Times

Animated Prototype

In order to quickly show the interactions, transitions and animations for the app, I created rough animated walkthroughs of the app.  I used Keynote to create the movies which could also be easily exported as PDFs to use as spec sheets for the designs.  These movies which were lightweight to create allowed our team to quickly see the shape of the app and make rapid iterations toward the final polished product.
